How to Assemble a Natural Law Grand Jury

8/18/2022

Natural Date 545

A grand jury is defined as...

A group of people who come together to determine whether a crime
                                                      has been committed.

...and is appropriate when the accused is a public servant such as city council member, judge, police officer, etc. The number of juros involved may vary, but 16 or more is preferred.

If the accused is considered harmful to others, follow instructions outlined in the Arrest and Detainment Procedures found in the COURT OF AGES Law of the Land Handbook.

To assemble a Natural Law grand jury,
  • The prosecutor calls for volunteers to serve on the grand jury. These are individuals 1.) whose primary residences are the same as the accused, 2.) who can objectively hear evidence, evaluate data, and 3.) who are able to process, assimilate, and communicate information.
  • The prosecutor selects a clerk and foreman. The clerk maintains contact information for jury members, sets up meetings, calls meetings to order, takes role call and keeps meeting notes. The foreman assists the clerk in facilitating meetings, calling witnesses for testimony and assembling the grand jury presentment.
  • Notice is sent via postal mail to the accused who is invited to speak on their own behalf, present evidence, supply supporting documents and present witnesses.
  • Once all material has been examined, testimonies heard, and questions answered, the clerk calls for a vote by which jury members respond with 'yes' or 'no' as to whether a crime has been committed. Typically, a supermajority of 2/3 or 3/4 agreement is preferred for an indictment.
  • The foreman writes an official presentment which contains the results.
  • If the grand jury returns an indictment, the case moves to trial.

This is not the sort of walk across America where the goal is to arrive from point A to point B. It’s a lifestyle where walking allows time and space to meet the ground, the sky and the people who dwell in between; and through the process, introduce America to Natural Law.
