Judges can help: Thoughts on a rainy day in Maine

There’s talk of revolution in the USA. People are considering drastic measures for correcting the wrongs that plague this nation and the world. I feel revolution is unnecessary until all other options are exhausted. And, in my opinion, We the People have not yet begun to test all available soutions. 

I have an idea and I think the judges all across America and the world can help. Hear me out...

First let’s look at the oath all justices take before performing the duties of their office found in 28 U.S. Code paragraph 453 - Oaths of justices and judges:

Clearly, judges are to function under the Constitution and laws of the United States. Now, as mentioned in the section of this blog entitled, America’s Secrets, there is a doctrine in law that says, “Fraud vitiates everything,” and is reiterated by a Supreme Court judge in this quote:

“There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.” — United States v. Throckmortan, 98 US 61 (1878)

The compounded fraud that the United States Corporation is built upon cannot be denied. Evidence is strewn all over the internet. We can start with the Discovery Doctrine. (Please access the link as I won’t go into the details of it here.) The Vatican-controlled invasion of North America is justified in the Discovery Doctrine based on a fraudulent claim that the Roman Pontiff is the only individual qualified to stand before God and as such, every human is subject to him (see the 1302 Papal Bull, the Unam Sanctum). Add to all of that the information I wrote about in this blog under the section, “America’s Secrets”. Now, to top it all off and make it legal and lawful, listen again to the criminal trial, Heirs of Creation v. the U.S. Corporation where I served as prosecutor under Natural Law and where the United States Corporation is convicted of several crimes including fraud (which, according to the law, vitiates everything).

All that said, let’s get to how judges can help...

In order for a United States judge or justice to adhere to their oath of office, he or she would have to commit treason, because it would involve ditching the U.S. corporate government. And so, obviously, no practicing judge or justice actually honors their oath. (Once We the People realize this en mass, Katie bar the door.) This places judges and justices in an extremely precarious position — a double bind, actually. But there is a way out.

I propose a striated system across the world where people who like the federal government remain under federal government control (Statutory Law) while those who prefer to function under the authority of sovereign states may do so (Common Law). And at the same time, those who prefer Natural Law as codified in the COURT OF AGES Law of the Land Handbook are free to function under the jurisdiction of Natural Law. In this context, judges could help by breaking the code of secrecy and openly declaring which jurisdiction they are operating in at any given time. This would lend credibility to their office which, at this time, is suffering from a soiled reputation. It would also help avert what some people feel is a coming civil war in America.

These are the thoughts occupying my mind on this rainy Labor Day Monday in Maine where I have taken the day off from walking.
